To complete your registration:

A written request to cancel a registration must be received on or before September 28, 2017 for a 100% refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Written cancellation requests received after September 28 and on or before October 12, 2017 will receive a 100% refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after October 12, 2017.
