From the accessibility of financial aid, to compliance with Title IX and the Clery Act, it’s safe to say most regulations were not written with an international context in mind - they were written for U.S. campuses. This often leads to uncertainty and gray areas of interpretation. Participants in this one day education abroad regulatory summit in Washington, D.C., will have the opportunity to hear directly from government officials on policy and regulatory interpretations for education abroad. QandA will be part of each panel presentation.
