To complete your registration:

A written request to cancel a registration must be received on or before September 30, 2019 for a 100% refund. Written cancellation requests received after September 30 and on or before October 11, 2019 will receive a 100% refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after October 11, 2019.
